About me

I’m a marketing expert with 15 years of experience in fast-paced start-ups and small but mighty businesses. My background in creative, strategic, and community roles has given me a unique lens for marketing—I’m people-first, always. My marketing approach is to be an advocate for the humanity in marketing. It’s all about dynamic and responsive strategies that are sustainable.

In each of my roles, I've exemplified a strong work ethic as an adaptive, collaborative, and self-starting individual. I never shy away from learning a new platform or trying things differently. As a working parent with a creative background, thinking outside of the box comes naturally to me while also being skilled at grounding and implementing those ideas into action.

I’ve managed and acted as an entire creative department (for several clients). I’ve been all hands on deck as a photo stylist and project manager for rebrand projects. I’ve written grants and exhibition proposals for fellow creatives. I’ve created websites and brand IDs that were meant to be a bandaid, but stuck because they were effective and converted. I’ve launched and managed a committed ambassador program from the ground up. I’ve helped grow email list sizes and engagement, while making email marketing fun. And my most challenging (and rewarding) role to date, being a parent.

As a consultant working in the world of marketing, I care about inclusivity and accessibility and strive to do better while also inviting others to do the same. I am continuing to learn and unlearn.

As a mama, I am an advocate for equity in maternal and infant care and access to high-quality, affordable early childhood education. I’ve been “champion volunteer” with Everybody Wins! and Let’s Grow Kids. I’m also an artist and I have a Substack with sporadic posts that I love writing.
